On her 18th birthday, a young girl is overjoyed to receive a beautiful bird in a cage. However, that night, terrifying nightmares invade her room, steal the cage, and release the bird into the dark. Waking up upset, she hears a soft tapping at her window and finds that the bird has returned. The bird is in deep distress and urgently signals for the girl to follow. The girl follows the bird into a spooky forest and journeys through a cold, snow-covered land. Their journey leads them straight into the lair of the cruel Ice Queen, where a fierce battle begins. During the fight, the bird transforms into the mythical Firebird. Working together, the girl and the Firebird defeat the Ice Queen and her servants, breaking the freezing spell. To celebrate the victory, the entire kingdom joins together in a joyful flower celebration to honour the Firebird and the brave girl. Audiences are sure to be delighted with a lovely arrangement of classical music, choreography and bespoke costuming.

The performance will run approximately 1.75 hours (with an intermission) and is suitable for all ages. There will be a 30 minute recognition ceremony following the performance.
